Pre-Custody Evaluations

Evaluation of Children Prior to Seeking Custody Changes.

 
Includes three visits with the child and a report to attorney. Cost is per child. Does not include court testimony.
 

Disputed Custody Evaluations

Includes home study on both homes with recommendations with reports sent to courts and all attorney's involved. Does not include any courty testimony, Mileage wil be figured at IRS rate at time of study. Expenses will only be incurred if location requires overnight stay. Receipts will be provided to families for all expenses. Overnight stays are only required for extreme distances.
 

Court Testimony

Attempts will be made to keep costs low as our office are located within two blocks of the courthouse. Client will not be charged for wait time if attorneys are flexible scheduling our testimony so that we can continue to work at our office while waiting. Expenses will include mileage and travel time, wait time, and actual testimony time. Overnight expenses may be necessary if long distance involved.

Assessments

These appointments may be made by the referral source or the client. An assessment must be completed on all individuals prior to any services being provided. The referral source can be notified of the outcome of assessments, if required.

 

Emergency Assessments

These are done on individual basis, seven days a week, twenty four hours a day. They can be arranged by calling the office number. It is answered by our answering service 24 hours daily. They will beep a staff member. These screening can be conducted at the Angleton Danbury Medical Center, Office, Police/Sheriff's Department, or other public facility.

 

Ongoing Sessions

Individual, family and marital sessions will be conducted during regular business hours. Reports can be made regularly to the referral source if requested.

 

Court Work
Our clinicians will be available to complete pre-sentence investigations, home studies in both adoptions and disputed custody cases, drug evaluations, and other psychiatric evaluations as needed. Clinicians wil be available for consult and court testimony.

 

Fee Schedule

Financial arrangements are handled through our business office. Our services are covered whole or in part by most insurance plans. We are certified to participate in the Medicare and Medicaid programs. In addition, we are a member of many HealthCare provider networks. We are also open to designing programs that meet the individual needs of specific companies or contractors.
